These are fine art digital prints which combine pigment based inks with high quality archival paper. They are light fast and stable with excellent definition.
Giclée Prints are a good way of owning a quality piece of work at a fraction of the cost of the original. Many artists who go down this road, limit the number of prints that are made from an original, hence the term 'limited edition'. Though there is no restriction on the number of prints in an edition, I prefer to make small editions.
Because my paintings can be quite large and sometimes difficult to hang in a domestic environment, I have found it useful to reduce the prints to half the original size. For example, a painting measuring 70 cm square becomes 35 cm square. That said, a print correct in size to the original does not lose quality and definition. I do not have prints made larger than the
original artwork.
Prints come window mounted and backed, securely wrapped in a cellophane envelope. They are not framed. Framing and glazing is down to the purchaser.
Costs cover digital photography, printing, mounting and wrapping, postage and packing. The final price is individually worked out once size, number of prints and postal destinations have been calculated. You should consider a price between £100 and £350 before postage/shipping and packing costs have
